Build one truthful opening answer
- Choose a real experience and identify your own role.
- Hear or read the opening question, then record or type your answer. Keep patient and colleague identifiers out.
- Correct the transcript, request feedback and choose one change for your next attempt.
Allow about ten minutes as a starting point, not a deadline. Sound off and typing are always options.
02 · I have an interview soon
Keep the preparation manageable
If you have one day
- Confirm the invitation’s format, time zone and official contact.
- Rehearse your opening and a few true examples; revise one point rather than memorizing scripts.
- Research one program and choose three questions, with the right person to ask.
- Check your interview platform, microphone and backup contact. Leave room for rest.
If you have more time, use the seven-day checklist as a menu. Completing it is not an interview-readiness score.
